ICMC Program and Plan
The Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Comprehensive Managed Care (ICMC) Program, previously referred to as the “IDD Pilot” is a Medicaid Program. This program provides Medicaid services to people who are in pre-enrollment categories for the iBudget Waiver through the Agency for Person’s with Disabilities (APD).
In order to be eligible to enroll into this program you must be a Medicaid recipient in the pre-enrollment categories for the iBudget Waiver through APD, and 18 years and older. As of July 1, 2026, individuals who are already enrolled in either the Individual Budgeting Developmental Disabilities Waiver program (sometimes referred to as iBudget waiver) or the Statewide Medicaid Managed Care (SMMC) Long Term Care program who meet the criteria above may transfer their enrollment into the ICMC Program.
